Bayho is inconsistent in how they deal with customers. First, they failed to notify me that something was seriously backordered. When I called WEEKS later to find out about my order, they agreed to ship it free, but later reneged.

The product was not available - I feel that Bayho should never have taken the order knowing the limited amount of stock.

It usually comes much faster than this, I just got the order today, Nov.1 and the box was all smashed up. Nothing was damaged and all items were present.
