I was disappointed that my order did not arrive before I lrft for an overseas trip on 9 April - despite paying for the quickest air freight. I think the order processing took about a week at Bayho which is much longer than my other shopping experiences from the US. I was very happy once I finally recieved them - but this was finally on 28 April. (more)

I received my order very quickly, in fact, more quickly than I expected. The items I have ordered from Bayho are always of high quality, and fresh, and I trust Bayho now to deliver the best products in the fastest possible time frame.

I hope I do not receive surveys every time you ship, or I will find a different source for the product. I am somewhat annoyed by surveys and constant, continual surveys make me more and more annoyed.

I have never been charged extra for requesting that ice packs be added to my order; in fact, sometimes the nutrients would come with ice packs even though I forgot to request them. When I used to get these nutrients from my doctor, he always had them cold. When I emailed customer service to add the ice packs, I was told it would be an additional $2.00 for each ice pack. I don't think that it's necessary to charge for them when I've been ordering the same thing (with ice packs) for several years. (more)

The website is not clear about shipping options. It is either regular or overnight but after emailing customer support I was told they would upgrade my shipping from 5-7 days to 3-5 days at no cost to me, which is great. But later I received a statement (over 3 days after ordering) saying that my order had been processed, not shipped, and that it was standard shipping (5-7). I emailed customer service again curious as to why it had only been "processed" after so much time. But then I received my package the next day. I think that there are some kinks to iron out so that it is more clear and easy to predict. There should be no guesswork at any point in the process. (more)

Excellent service and product worked within 15 minutes (BCQ) I am a cronic pain sufferer, have been for years. Pain fully resovled within 30 minutes and lasted for more than 12 hours. Repeated dose 14 hours after first dose and then once daily after. Little to no pain is a miracle. (more)

I had a problem when I submitted my order, and the order got screwed up (computer glitch), but I e-mailed Bayho, and they fixed the problem right away. My order was delivered very quickly considering that they are in San Diego, and I am in New York. Needless to say, I was delighted. Bayho sells the item I ordered at a very good price, and when I need that item, I always buy it there. (more)
