my order was backordered but I was not notified of this and had to call to find out what happened. But they responded quickly and sent it quickly then.

I wasn't happen with the exra $3 tacked on for insurance and the disclaimer that Bayho isn't responsible for lost products unless this exhorbitant extra fee (on top of exhorbitant shipping, from which Bayho makes a lot of money already) is paid.

communication very poor. response slow. rude responses to e-mails, short brief answers to questions and spelled out in ALL CAPS to imply I was being yelled at. shipping late, not refunded as promised. no tracking info received even after requests...

I was told the item that was backordered was mailed on 25 July, but I have yet to receive the item. Please let me know when I can receive the item. If I can't get it this by Monday, please cancel. I should have been told the item was NOT available...
