My experience was great. However, I did feel that the price of the electrical adapter was expensive but not any more than the other sites.

The product works great. I don't appreciate the multiple emails bugging me to rate you. I have a baby, and I work. He just gave us a nasty stomach virus. I destroyed part of my breastpump and I just wanted a replacement part, not harassment.

Great job including the product descriptions as part of the order receipt. Most companies just give you a list of the items ordered when printing the receipt from the web. Have the product descrip before the order arrived was great!
