I was disappointed that we could not purchase the flooring we wanted because the minimum square footage for purchase was too high. We only need 100 sq ft and the minimum was over 400.

I'm a contractor in Louisiana and the 2 projects they supplied arrived on time and met expectations. i would recommend Build Direct to anyone who needs quality products at a resonable price.

I just got my samples. Am very impressed with the flooring. I need about 2000 square feet, but would first like to order the minimum. That way if it is not what I expected I wouldn't have to return so much (IF I can return). One box would be nice.

The samples I ordered are great, but there are 10 other places at about 1/2 the price on line, and locally. I am not paying double for the same type of product.

we unfortunately did not find a sample product that meets our needs. you don't carry the maple solid hardwood we are looking for, the stains are too dark.

I wish BuildDirect sends email out on shippeing status insted of me going and checking the status. My order arrived day and half early at terminal and was not notified, I had to call the local terminal to find out that my shipment had arrived.
