MLB sent me the wrong item. I called to have a new item shipped and they were rude and didn't even care. They said to ship it back and reorder the item. Extremely poor customer service.

I did not receive the correct item I purchased. I ordered a New Jersey Devils Jersey and received a New York Islanders Jersey. Very disappointed!

one of the baseballs has a big scuff on it AND your address label was printed incorrectly (correct on the invoice) and it was delivered to the wrong house. Luckily (for you) the people were very nice and tracked me down. not happy.

The hats I ordered are of good quality but smaller than I expected. There didn't seem to be a good way to determine a proper size to order on the web site. I also do not know how to begin to return the items. I will be going to the web site next.

My grandaughter is very pleased with the personalized Phillies shirt. I thought it was very nice, but a bit pricey. Also, for a size medium, it was a bit skimpy...however, she loves it, so of course we will keep it.

Was not happy with the quality and packaging of the Yankees shirt.
Look like it was just thrown in the box, all wrinkled and out of shape.
