Good experience overall. Several items out of stock. I'm not resident of US. I ship items to a forwarding address and it get shipped internationally to my country (Bahrain) your international shipping is very expensive (it cost me $38 to from u 2...

There was a problem on my order #2112948's part #53804-06, but Dawn in Adventure HD quickly resolved the problem and I received a new one yesterday.
If you could check the item before shipping, the problem could be avoided.

Too many items listed on the website were out of stock. I spent a lot of time looking for a t-shirt in the sale section and all of theones listed were out of stock.
