My daughter loves the stroller but when i ordered the carseat addapter i didn't realize i ordered it for the single stroller.

Although courteous, the person who answered the phone advised me that she was not a "Car Seat Tech" and that those folks are only available M-F 9-5. I think Techs should be available at all times.

1st stroller received was broken. Returned it and ordered a second one. Also broken. Now expecting to receive a replacement stroller frame directly from Tike Tech... The packaging of this stroller does not hold up to shipping...

eventhough I ended up canceling my order b/c one of the imtems was out of stock, the positive experience of dealing with the customer service rep convinced me to shop at tiptoeturle in the future
