Would have liked an email confirming shipment, together with approximate delivery window. Since item comes from outside US, I'm okay with approximate dates, but wasn't sure that shipment had gone out or how long to wait before following up.

I received my order on the last day of the time frame I was given for its delivery. I was never able to track its status. It could not be located through USPS. I was told that I'd have to be home to sign for it. Yet ,it was left on my doorstep.

It was not clear that the package would come via certified mail requiring an in=person signature. I would have shipped it to my office had I known. I
