One of the 3 lights had a bend in the neck of the light, but I managed to fix the problem and it is okay now.

The price was high. The item had been discontinued by the manufacturer. LightingDirect happened to have some still in stock. Had the item been available at my local store I would have purchased it there at a savings of ~25%.

I ordered the item on my charge and they then had to issue a credit. It would have been nice not to have a charge and then a credit for an item that was no longer in their inventory.

Tracking of the order was vaque and did not offer much information. We didn't know the order was going to be delivered until the evening before. It would be helpful to have a more detailed tracking method.
