I was thrilled to find a great selection of Dark Night lighting at Lighting Direct.com. After spending hours going from one big box store to another and specialty lighting stores, I was so happy to find exactly what I wanted at my finger tips.

I e-mailed a better price I found online with a site included and was told to call for pricematch. I called and left a message weeks ago and have still not heard back. Had to buy blades somewhere else and got 2 of the 3 packages ordered.

My only complaint is that I wasn't given a tracking number or emailed when my light was actually shipped from the warehouse; otherwise, everything was fine.

I was worried because the box came pretty banged up and was left on my porch since I wasn't home. Everything (the light fixture) looks fine, although it hasn't been installed yet.

The discription of the color was not good. It is not gold, more of a copper/bronze. The actual color didn't look like the picture. I am going to keep it but, wouldn't have purchased it had the description been accurate. There were others I liked...

I ordered the product to be shipped 2nd day air on 11/9/09. Someone set up the shipment for ground, not 2nd day air, even though I had paid for 2nd day air. That is why this shipment is being returned.

I was sent the wrong lamp and it has been an ordeal to return it. It would take too much space for me to give the details. I will never recommend this company to anyone. They are too unorganized.

One of the prodecust I ordered (quantity 3) was not as pictured. I am waiting to have this resolved. I did contact customer service. I receiced a return email within 24 hrs. I am waiting to see to have this resolved.
