A Supervisor named Diane Lawrence was supposed to contact me about my issues with this order, but did not.I was told I would get expedited service and did not! This order was placed on 6/12 and completed on 6/29. Too Long!!!!

Product & price very good but shipping & communication not reliable. 1 of 3 items was shipped & considered complete. Phone not answered so did Live Chat & Melisa was very helpful & got me the other 2 items. Other 7 items shipped one week later.

The glass was darker than expected from the online picture, but other than that everything was first rate, from ordering, shipping, and tracking to delivery.
