I received PC Tools Int. Sec. very fast. The DVD I received was outdated. 3 of 4 apps worked on XP, and 2 of 4 apps worked on Vista. PC Tools fixed the problem. Now all 4 versions work on everything. Next time I will go to PC Tools for latest...

I received the 2nd order two days after ordering, but I first order did not come. After contacting you, I received the 1st order today. Evidently it was lost in the mail. Should the original first order arrive, I'll mark it "return to sender."...
