I still have not received the portable keyboard that I have orderedd. There person I spoke to at customer service was nice but vague about when the keyboard would be in and when it would be sent out.

Found item at lower price online but samash would not honor it, was told they are not authorized dealer but I contacted fender customer support and they told the deal was authorized fender dealer!

Difficult to coordinate delivery with FedEx. Signature requirement made it difficult to receive merchandise on time. Oherwise very satisfied with our purchase overall. Staff very helpful with questions regarding product prior to purchase.
