I ordered from Command Post and got a great product in a time frame that was very much appreciated.

I may not have gotten what i ordered, but i when i called you were great and helped me meet my needs, and I got the product i had wanted faster than some items from a different vendor that was placed at the same time as my orginal order.

Great products; great service. All items were delivered on time and the quality is superb.

I expected delivery in about 5 days it took 10 days.

Again you guys rock and the items I got feel even better than I thought they would. Name tape lettering a little odd but it works for what I need.

Item was excellent and exceeded expectations which were only low because you can touch or see real product until arrival. Extremely happy.

My order did not ship when I was told it would. However, when I called back, they shipped it out priority mail and I had it two days later. My order was fairly small and I know that paying extra to ship it must have pretty much erased any profit they made on it. Some times the true measure of a business is not how they act when everything goes great, but how they act when a mistake is made. They really impressed me with their ability to handle an issue and the way they treated my little 25 dollar order as if it were a large, important account. I will recomend them to friends and will order from them in the furute. (more)
