I recieved my order on Mon. the 17 of Mar. It was suppost to be there on Fri. I do not have my order in hand due to the fact that I am out of town. I wanted the order before I left due to the fact that I work in cold weather outdoors. If these boots work out as they say they well. There well be more people from my work who will order them. I well be home on Fri 21 of March. (more)

The boots I purchased were similar to the ones I wanted but not the same brand (S.W.A.T.).They sent me Condor boots instead.They're not as easy to put on & take off.The design is a little different & the laces are too long.

Had to call to verify that order was going to be shipped after a week, not shipped. Still waiting for order... If the order has shipped as promised, have not been sent an email confirmation or tracking #. Slow, Slow and lack of customer service.
