It took ten days to recieve my order. Had no information to track the order. Was not notified when or if I was going to recieve the item that I ordered. An email should be sent with tracking numbers like everyone else does

Bought Kirby Conversion Kit for 35+ year old vacuum. Amazingly easy to install and works great, PLUS, it cost less than an original replacement bag.

The product ordered was manufactured so that it could not be assembled and had to be returned to the manufacturer, and the additional buffing pads ordered were not included in the initial order.

Item had a slight dent top left but this had no affect on the use of the item. The packing material was broken up in pieces. e
Suggest the shipper inspect final packing and make sure the item will not shift within the box.

The package arrived 11/07/09 USPS is great if whoever you had doing the shipping MAILS the items. The bags aren't "the same" as I was told on the phone, my Cricket opening is on the side ,the ones I recieved are top. I am going to try to use them.

I thought a floor scrubber would do a good job. This machine did a terrible job. I wasted my money. I should have called in a professional instead of trying to do it myself. (I had to hire the professional anyway). Can I send it back for a refund?
