I purchased a diamond ring and one of the diamonds was missing. I returned the ring to one of the local Zales stores and they replaced the diamond.

I order delivery by 2-day express mail thru Fed Ex. Not pleased. Ordered 11/5/09 - Received on 11/23/2009----18 days later! If I knew it would have taken that long, I would have went somewhere else. This was bought as a gift...very belated gift...

Item was slow out of the warehouse. I was supposed to recieve it in 5-7 days , got it in ten. partly Fex Ex as they had it at my local term for 3 days. Also Fed Ex has lousy web site for tracking and they don't tell you when they will deliver.
