I wasn't home to receive my packages, but my neighbor was and she noticed that Fed Ex was going to leave my organic birch crib outside in the RAIN!!! It could have been toxic for my baby to be in!

I was just a little disappointed that they didn't have something in stock when I had already placed it in my basket and paid. Now I'd have to order, pay, and pay for shipping if I still wanted to get it.

Baby Earth was easy to use, had the SK Radian65 car seat I was looking for and delivery was on time. I would definitely use Baby Earth again.

We ordered a mattress for a portacrib, such as the Pack & Play. You mailed out a Pack&Play sized box, but inside was a cradle mattress.

One of the products was unavailable, I asked that they ship another color, CS said ok - then that one was unavailable. They shipped another at no cost and express shipped at no additional cost because of the delays finding an available replacement.
