Item arrived on time - all the pieces were there - the color was perfect - assembly was NOT hard. All in all, a VERY good experience. I will be ordering more (sheets & accessories) from this website for Christmas. THANK YOU!

Would not allow me to ship the item to another name & address. Kept using my name & other address. Also did not give me the option to add a gift card. I had to contact customer service about a gift card. Shipping was very frustrating!
