The product did not work as the ad claimed it would. I am totally disatisfied with the product. However, the product arrived on time and in good condition.

I like that my email was answered by a call. How ever I needed some one on one info about 2 of the items. Because of that I need to return atleast 2 of the items. Please let me know how I can do this.

I was very surprised at the consistency of the hair balm. It's as thick as hard clay. I had to microwave it for nearly 1 minute to get it to a consistency that I could even stick my finger in it.
