One of the items I ordered was originally listed as being on backorder. But when I followed up with the order it had been cancelled with no notification to me. Had I not checked, I would not have known in a timely manner.

Clearance items sent were not the same as the website pictures. Website showed a smile NIKE swoosh on the upper left shoulder and the item sent had a huge swoosh across the front of the shirt.

This was my firsy purchase with Baseball express. I was very happy with the entire purchase experience. The website was easy to use, the product I needed was available at the best price and it arrived exactly when you said it would.

Baseball Express is practicing bait & switch advertising. The promotion code indicated 15% off on all orders over $100. It did not indicate any restrictions on gloves or bats.
