The usps said they delivered my order, my neighbor said he saw the package on my steps, but it wasn't there when I got home. I have contacted the local authorities but they seem to think it will not be recovered.

I purchased the product norforms, but it was not shipped ups which is what I paid for. It was shipped through regular mail and I was not able to track it at all. The product has melted so I bought three boxes that are pretty much melted.Not very...

I've tried contacting Customer Service via email and have yet to receive a response. That was back on 10/1/09 and it is now 10/6/09. One of the items purchased is defective and I would like to return/exchange the product.
