Basically the poduct was fine except I was looking for a thicker back to the free standing bookcase. The back panel was only glued on the edges and was just a thin piece of laminate (I think ). I expected it to be more like a piece of furniture.

When it took so long to reach the motel, I contacted the company via the web and never got a reply from anybody on when to expect delivery.
On the plus side, the item was delivered undamaged and is a well made and handsome computer desk.

Delivery was promised in 2 wks, it took 8 wks to get here. I called customer support many times to find out what was going on and never got more that I could see on the web. When I complained I was just brushed off. I'll never buy here again!

The office chair I ordered arrived on time, the computer desk and match hutch and file cabinet I'm still waiting to be shipped. When I ordered them it said they were all in stock.

i have only opened the box and looked inside, seems to be complete. i am not able to fully unpack and assemble until my office is done remodeling.

I bought a set of file cabinet, and the dinning set. The workmanship is not perfect fit, when you put together, but is workable, and I like the style, it fit what I need, if you are handy , there is no problem.
