I was never able to track my package on Zaccardi's site nor UPSP tracking site. I called customer service and left a message. No one returned my call. The second time I contacted them she assured me delivery would be by end of week-she was correct!

As of May 26, 2009 I have not received my products. Nor have I received an e-mail telling me when to expect them. So I don't know what happened.

I would suggest packaging better for mailing. The box was all damaged. It needed to be packed firmer.

I received my coffee maker about three days early. The coffee beans 16oz was not with the order. I sent an e-mail to customer service and they responded that they would be shipped seperatly in a couple of days but didn't. It's been almost two... (more)
