I ordered my coffee maker on the 6th of Nov and paid for 2 day UPS air. The coffee maker showed up on 11 Nov and the coffee that was suppose to come with the coffee maker still has not shown up and today is the 12th.

I have called 3 times and have yet to get a responce!!!! I have e-mailed a few times for a number to call and was told to get it from my packing slip!

The order was placed 12 day's before I was notified it would shipped and that was after I contacted them by email

This is the second time I ordered a product as a gift, first time went more smoothly than this most recent order); the product was out of stock , when sent, was received unwrapped & w/out my message which I had paid for,a refund is happening...
