The right product The right price The right delivery

I do not know what happened here. I did not see a charge on my card, and when I went to track the order, it could not be found. But I get these emails asking if I received my order. What gives here?

Zaccardi's did not send me a tracking number for the shipment of my purchase. When I emailed them to find out where the shipment was, they were slow to responding. I did have to email them several times to get the information about the shipment. The purchase I made for the product was absolutely fine and exactly what I expected. (more)

I was very pleased with the turnaround to get the product shipped, however, it was shipped to the wrong address. I reported this to Zaccardi via e-mail, but never recieved a response. I called the next business day to find out that they had recieved my e-mail and were working on it. It would have be much better if they had responded to my e-mail to let me know they were working on it. Also, more care should be taken in getting the shipping address correct . . . the first package from Zaccardi was deliveried correctly, the second was not (both on same order). (more)

The only problem I had was with the delivery method. I was told it would be delivered by UPS and it was delivered by USPS (the post office). I sure hope I didn't overpay shipping due to the method used and not the one that should have been used.

Excellent inventory and good prices too. The service was fantastic.

Beautiful product not found anywhere else. Easy ordering and quick delivery in spite of the holiday weekend. I have the impression that this is a quality company.

I'm very happy with Zaccardi's site and products. It's that just sometimes things don't appeal after you get them. I will do businesss with them again for sure.
