The only thing I wished would have been included in my purchase would have to be instructions. I had a little trouble getting my music box movement together and the online instructions didn't help to much.

Parcel shipped 1 week after it was said to be shipped. Product not exactly as the picture shows. Wanted that exact product, as shown in picture.

Good selection and prices. Purchase went OK, but had a hard time getting a tracking #. Emails were ignored. Live chat was poor. Finally had to call to get tracking #. Item did arrive on time. Quality was OK. Poor tracking system and poor customer...

Prices are too high but the quality is good and I can't find the same thing any where for a better price. I buy a lot of these boxes and should deserve a price break.

When I first ordered a music box is was not what I wanted. They sent me another that was not what I wanted either. I returned both with no problems. Since then we have orered more and love the products.
