The first item I received was perfect. The second item, a vessel sink arrived in tiny pieces, I contacted DPO and they are resolving the issue. I have not received the second sink yet. It has been about a week.

The packaging of the items I received was poor. One of the boxes inside came open during shipment and the faucets were lose within the box.

The problem with non-delivery was Fedex's; they declared a weather emergency that they used as excuse for 2 days into the weekend. In reality, the weather was a one day affair with roads completely clear the next day.

I couldn't find a black faucet anywhere and then I found it through you!!! I am so exicted with how it matches my bathroom!!! I love it!!! The only thing that would have been better was the price, it was a little pricey.
