The item was smaller and much lighter in weight (probable shorter life) than comparable items at Sears or Lowes. I will probably get one season's use out of this cover. It replaced a Lowes cover that has lasted three years.

The sofabed shipped in two boxes. To my horror, after dragging the boxes into the house and opening the boxes, I discovered I received two different colors.

when I placed the order, said everything was is stock, customer support said it wasn't & if I had known, I would have purchased it from our store & shipped it myself. It was a present & now it is very late. I was very disappointed.

I wouldn't think to find Patriots memorabelia at BrookStone. I saw it in the catalog I received at my house. It doesn't seem as high quality as pictured in the photo- but I haven't been able to spend a great deal of time with it since it's a gift.

The size of the product is closer to the LARGE size and not the X-LARGE. You should not report is as a X-Large size since this is a bit of a stretch
