First of all, thanks a lot for the great service. I just started with the tiny server and the price is just unbeatable. Though I would really like the ability to just plug in some more hard disk.

I was surprised that my account was not instantly created and instead had to go through a manual process - which led to my reeeipt of the info being delayed by 24hrs.

I asked for the SSH access mentioned in a FAQ, and I received an email within an hour telling me it was enabled. I like the easy support system and fast response.

It would be nice to have really really basic instructions for everything, in addition to "normal" instructions for those users just beginning to develop websites. Easier to use and to customize mail services would also be a definite plus.

Would suggest changing the VPS welcome e-mail as the maximum wait time of 48hrs is incorrect.
