I already went to the desert this weekend and it should have been here. Hopefully it can be here before I go again. Very poor customer service so much for 2 day shipping even with a holiday!!!!!!!

I ordered three visors for my Shoei RF1000. I paid for 2 day shipping. One visor arrived in time. The other two were a week late - they were poorly packaged and the chrome one was damaged.

Cycle Gear sent me someone else's item in addition to my own. I ended up paying return shipping for both. This in spite of their assurance that they would cover shipping.
