Although prior product was fine, upon installing my ink cartridge, I got a "low ink" warning. After printing a few pages the cartridge stopped entirely. I am trying to find contact information to return.

The black ink is actually grey! Hmmm. I'm not sure what the problem is. Either the ink or my printer (which used to print black).
