The service was quick and everything was as advertised. Although I found filtersfast had the best pricing, I wounldn't recommend this option for a refrigerator as they don't last and are too expensive for many incomes.

This is the third of fourth time that I have ordered my filters thru FiltersFast. Am very satisfied. Might cost a little extra when you add the shipping, but don't have to search thru a store to find the right filter.

I can't puchase my filter off the shelf at stores. It was easy to identify the exact filter on the site. I thought the shipping was a little high considering it is light weight but I will probably buy my next filter online at this site.

Customer Service was understanding & v. helpful to solve problem w/ mis-stated characteristics of filter. Nightmare to dislodge it from cartridge. Approved reimbursement of the Penteks purchased, and sent a return label. Great service. Thank you.
