Have not received the main item I ordered. I have not been given an estimated ship date. The status only shows back ordered. The web site claims that most items are shiiped the same day as ordered and std shipping time is 1 to 3 business days. Not... (more)

The shipping was another matter. The carton arrived thoroughly beaten and mangled, holes in the box, and taped tears. Fortunately, there was only the slightest little ding in one corner of the table, not enough to send it back.

I couldn't respond per your request, as we are still at sea, and secretary doesn't work weekends. I return to land on Friday, and look very forward to enjoying my purchase. Although I have yet to see it, I'm very pleased with your company!
