Very smooth transaction. Product worked better than expected. Only downside was the cost of shipping - which nearly equaled the cost of the product. Package arrived with damage to the carton, but the product was fine.

Shipping costs are excessive ($10 for a $3 hinge); beyond that, I have no complaints. Jon Raugutt of your staff was very responsive to my email questions and suggested a product which met my needs 100%.
