Shipping costs are excessive ($10 for a $3 hinge); beyond that, I have no complaints. Jon Raugutt of your staff was very responsive to my email questions and suggested a product which met my needs 100%.

Everything Direct was very helpful with my order. They did not have enough product to fill completely and kept me informed. They have products at a reduced price and I paid less then if I had to special order from regular retailer.

The website advertised products that are no longer available. I ordered them, but received a substitute. Getting someone on the phone was nearly impossible. When I could talk to someone about the problem, it was a pleasant experience.
