The website advertised products that are no longer available. I ordered them, but received a substitute. Getting someone on the phone was nearly impossible. When I could talk to someone about the problem, it was a pleasant experience.

I selected 2 day shipping time and actually experienced 5 days. I then found that the items I ordered did not fit and requested return instructions. I am still waiting for an answer to my request.

The ability to send pictures and get advice from one of your sales folks was wonderful. Cory Raugutt was his name and he was great. It saved me time and made getting what I needed simple. I am delighted with this purchase experience.
