It was an ordeal but I did end up with a suitable product of a quality I was looking for...after my original choice was not available. The assembly service was terrific all around if you care to know about that aspect!

Office Depot came through just fine. The chair is not quite as good for me (I am large) as I had hoped, but that it not Office Depot's problem.
