The only compliant I have is with some ao your packing pratices, I received a pack of 5 ink pens, in a 10 x 15 box, it's seams like such a waste of shipping cost and the large box, the pens could have been put in an envelope. Thanks

Delivery truck, unmarked, male driver no ID, no greeting, just jumped out with boxes and mumbled, "where do you want these." Couldn't hear him. He was not pleasant.

The items I ordered from Office Depot were 20 dollars higher than if I had purchased from the manufacturer.

Product quality was appropriate value for price. Assembly instructions were very good. Assembly was complex and very time consuming. In the future will attempt to find project pre-assembled.

Table assembly is laborious, time cosuming and user unfriendly. The instruction lacks clarity for most part and some of the aspects are missing.
