I did receive the package online but the packing is strange, no taping at all. Anybody could open and take any parts.

The store shipped the wrong item. The bindings were not the ones described as coming with the skis. The store has said it will remedy the problem. I cannot comment until I have the replacement binding in hand. The site also depicts the wrong ski.
