I am very satisfied with the order placed with Faucet Depot. The product was shipped immediately and tracking was available. When the product was delivered an email was sent to me notifying of the delivery and who signed for receipt.

inspected item and found a nick in the finish. Concerned that bargain price came with this hidden cost. Anxious to see if replacement is free of defects.

I was surprised that the garbage disposal did not have the electrical cord. Fortunately, our plumber was able to use another one. It would have been helpful to highlight the fact that the disposal did not include the necessary cord.
