The only problem I have with this product is that I found it later at a lower price. Since I had already attached it, decided I should have looked harder. Otherwise, I'm satisfied.

Everything was perfect. I just ordered the wrong item so that was not a reflection on absolute home. In fact the mistake actually showed me how great they really are. I am having no problem returning my item.

Whoever delivered this package, intended to be a Cmas gift, left it in a very unlikely place and the package was not found until a few weeks AFTER Cmas. The product is reported to be "nice" and is being used now.

When I received my product, it had no instructions on how to set the timer and sensors. And it doesn't work right. It was thrown in a box with nothing to protect it.

The purchase was fine but the delivery took 15 days UPS ground and only went from Kentucky to New York. Other deliverys from other vendors average 3-5 days. No tracking information was ever received to track it with. I was going to contact Absolute...
