When I placed my order on the 12th of April it said that they would be shipped in 2-3 business Days. On the 28th I still had not recieved them so I cancelled my order only to recieve it on the 5th of May. When I called to see how to go about returning the shippment and I recieved an email telling me not only would I be charged 25% restocking fee but I would need to once again call Customer service with a tracking fee or I might be charged up to 50% if they can not find them in the warehouse within the alotted days. I have order many things on the internet and never have had such a problem and do think I should be charged a restocking fee for there slow shipping and lack of cancelling my order... (more)

I have not received this order. Did you ship it. Last I had heard it was back ordered?

Absolutely satisfied. Pleasantly surprised by the easy navigation on the web site and especially the product availability and speed of ordering and delivery.

I looked at several area dealers and no one had the Sharp Microwave Oven which I wanted. Absolute Home had great advertsing; had the model which I desired; and it was ordered and shipped to me within a 5 day period. The service was outstanding ... plus I truly like the easy operation of the appliance. I thank you all! There was only one little black cloud! I found out later I could have ordered the same appliance and paid no shipping fees, nor any sales tax. But it's over and done with; and I'm happy with my purchase. (more)

The item was a perfect fit. It was easy to install and was actually better than what I expected.

I WAS SENT AN EMAIL (TWICE) CONCERNING THE DELIVERY DATE OF MY ORDER. THE DATES WERE DIFFERANT WITH NO EXPLANATION. ON THE SECOND EMAIL I WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE DELIVERY ON OR BEFORE MAY 4, THE DELIVERY CAME THAT DAY AND I WAS NOT EXPECTING IT. IT HELPS TO KNOW THE EXACT DAY, SO I DONT HAVE TO MAKE ARRANGMENTS TO PICK UP A MISSED DELIVERY. UPS HAS EXCELLANT TRACKING SERVICES AND THAT WAS NOT UTILIZED (more)

I was totally satisfied with my order and will buy again!

They were very slow to ship and the box was damaged and slight damage to Microwave.
