The tracking info for my order showed it being delivered to Kentucky. When I called, I was told that order numbers are reused and this was a mistake. Reusing order numbers is ludicrous. I never received other shipping info, but did finally get my... (more)

cant understand why im being charged a restocking fee when I canceld the order the next day buy phone,the order was placed on a sunday, and it came to my house 2 weeks later.

received grill early but had some hardware missing and there was no propane tank. Had to purchase additional hardware to assemble and also a propane tank which should have been included.

I bought a wood stove from you, and I contacted customer service and told them I did not receive the front plate ad the back plate for my wood stove that I bought from them, they took the information down and I have'nmt heard from them yet?
