The product was beautiful,,,,liked reading the evaluations of the product,,,thought they were helpful. Big let down about the entire process of when my order was to be processed,,,,took way too much time and hassle to get it straightened out.

***BUYER BEWARE**** I purchased a pricey grill from barbecues.com and the quick delivery was the only good part of the experiance. The grill had two seperate MAJOR defects and I spent weeks trying to return the product for a full refund. At one point they had me call the manufacturer directly and was told I had to take apart the grill myself to TRY to fix it. Barbecues.com still will not send me instructions to return the product and I am stuck with a grill that does not work. If you call the company you will hear a recording that states customer service is their number one priority---don't be surprised if you can't get through to a representitive as they hung up on me twice. Very unsatisfied with the delivery date(7 days passed due!)of pool paint. Out of town family was not able to swim during Fiesta Week here in San Antonio. Spoke to BBC Rep and stated he would compensate inconvience but have not received or heard anything. Paint can product was very damaged making it very difficult to open product. (more)

The order was easy to place, arrived when promised. The delivery driver from Yellow had a bad attitude and was careless with the handling of a $4600.00 order.

I ordered a Vermont Castings BBQ on 4-17-08. I was notified that delivery would be 5-1-08 then 5-5-08. To my surprise the trucking company called to schedule the delivery and I received the BBQ on 4-24-08. The BBQ cover that I ordered was not included in the shipment but the packing slip stated that it was scheduled for delivery on 5-5-08, hopefully it will arrive on time. (more)

Received damaged merchandise. Shipping times twice delayed. Merchant will not honor written return policy. Barbecues.com promises to respond personally and by email but does not. Follow-up phone calls provide more failed promises. This merchant evidently sells damaged merchandise. Once they get your money, they are non-responsive. A very risky place to shop! (more)

Yellow frieght refused to tell me if the delivery driver would deliver the insert in the morning or in the afternoon. I called them several times, but I was never informed. I had to wait all day a the house not knowing when they would be at my house. It was actually delivered around 5:00 PM! What a wasted day for me. Barbecues.com needs to contact yellow frieght and see if they won't tell customers at least if they are going to deliver in the AM or PM. (more)
