I was disappointed that several items I wanted to order were listed as In Stock (online) only to get a call that they were on back order. It was frustrating. I cancelled the order on those items. I love the prices! Can't beat them!

This order was fine but I returned to the web site to purchase a prescription order checked to see if my state could do this and the web site said I could. After contacting my vet and placing the order I was told I could not make the purchase

Order took longer than expected, but there were holidays involved so I am not too concerned. I have had problems prior to this with prescription drug orders.

Product availability was great, prices good, customer service fantastic, speed of delivery good too--BUT accuracy of order was off--half order was missing even though the shipping ticket said it was packed. Must have been a busy day in the packing...
