I found the response to my email very rude. I was requesting information about shipment time and I was advised Dear Customer, Of course it shouldn't arrive. you chose the cheapest way of shipping option available which takes 2-4 weeks. I found this very rude... a simple 2-4 weeks is the expected ship time would have been fine. (more)

Product is great, but speed of international shipping is quite slow, maybe can be faster to be delivered within two weeks.

They still have not given me one of the products I ordered ($22.00)they have not retuned my call and have not given my my money. They did not even e-mail me to tell me one ofthe items I ordered was not available. I hate them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A promotional gift was the reason I placed a specific order. I must have overlooked the "Do not apply to international customers" and it did not say so on my Order Verification so I was supprised when I did not receive the gift.
