On time delivery. No missing parts, instruction and warranty manual was easy to follow and I was pleasantly surpised that the Stand did not require any construction-assembly.

Flat panel ceiling mount was well built and offered many adjustments. Dimentions presented in metric while I would have preferred inches. I am very happy wiyh the results.

The assembly of the product was quitea bit more than expected. The expectation was that the product would arrive partially assembled and that the additional assembly wouil be light.

I did not know there was a Labor Day discount so I did not ask for the discount. There should have been a prompt or the discount should have been automatic. That is the reason that I was just "somewhat satisfied" overall.
