I was given a delivery date of 12/14. It was not met. Comments said that the seller didn't get the product to them in time. Fortunately I didn't have anything on my schedule that I couldn't reschedule. The delivery requried a signature.

i bought a used laptop. instructions to initiate license were POOR!!! NO contact info in package either.. had to find confirmation email. I was told to contact microsoft.. they were unresponsive... rude and gave run-around

The one thing missing was a user manual for the Laptop. The sales info stated that they would provide it "if available". I am certain that IBM has the users manual on-line for a Laptop model T41. Where is it???

This was a refurbished laptop, and unfortunately, numerous keys stuck so badly, that I had to hit them many times for them to work. The ALT key wouldn't spring back when I hit it. Not very good quality control or testing of used/refurbished...

When I ordered the monitor I was made to understand that it is a new one but what I recived is a used one althought it is working alright.

You assume that the user is all nowing, including buss words, etc. leaving the user confused, and open to mistakes. You installed Microsoft office without telling the user that they have to pay for the programs.
