This was a refurbished laptop, and unfortunately, numerous keys stuck so badly, that I had to hit them many times for them to work. The ALT key wouldn't spring back when I hit it. Not very good quality control or testing of used/refurbished...

When I ordered the monitor I was made to understand that it is a new one but what I recived is a used one althought it is working alright.

You assume that the user is all nowing, including buss words, etc. leaving the user confused, and open to mistakes. You installed Microsoft office without telling the user that they have to pay for the programs.

Excellent selection, keyboard was a little dirty and marred but my vacuum cleaner, water, paint thinner and acetone fixed that. That was also stated on the product advertising.
Bottom Line: there is no better refurbished notebook than from...

I had paid for 2-day delivery when I ordered the laptop on Thursday. I expected to see its arrival on either Saturday or Monday, but it did not arrive until late Tuesday.

Lenovo made a point of calling in advance of shipping to confirm my order. This probably was unnecessary, but appreciated.
