I ordered a complete "V for Vendetta" costume. The package arrived on time, but the hat was squashed beyond use. I didn't even bother opening up the rest of the costume.

I called customer service immediately after placing my order via overnight delivery to cancel one of the two items ordered. The particular item was canceled and not shipped but I was charged for the item. The customer sales rep said that my credit card would be credited for that returned item but it has not as of this date. (more)

I loved your selection, price and ease of your website. My only problem was that it didn't leave your wearhouse for six days. Had I known that I would have had it shipped differently. I ordered these products for a specific event and they arrived two days after it. (more)

Once the item left the USA it went into a black hole and I couldn't track it - I didn't think it would arrive in time. This was very frustrating, however it did arrive. The query i had about the product was answered promptly by email but it would be good if you are selling internationally to have your emails/phones manned 24/7 as I had to wait for time zones. (more)
