BAC-A-ZAP was not the same scent. Label and scent was very different! Your service rep was not sure why. NISUS says they cannot get the old scent. Your website still shows old product and your customer service reps should be aware of the change.

Ordered and received product in a timely manner. However, this was my first experience with silverfish, of which I'd only seen a few, and I don't really know if they are gone yet.
