took several days after I ordered my product for it to be shipped. I think it could have been shipped sooner or some confirmation sent sooner to let me know when it was shipped. Once I knew when to expect it I was ok about the order.

pricing was great. a few problems with ordering on the website. I have not yet opened the box. It was sent FedEx and on the front steps in the rain when I got home. It was a 50+ hour week, so I've not yet opened the box.hope the filters aren't...

When I purchased the filter, the website said shipping was free and charges would be deducted during billing. This didn't happen. I had to e-mail your customer service to address the issue. They resolved the issue.

IT WAS THE SAME PRODUCT THAT I PAID SO MUCH MORE MONEY FOR. AT FILTERS AMERICA I PAID A FRACTION OF THE PRICE AND THE DELIVERY WAS SO QUICK.
