Appreciated promptness in delivery. Cartridge leaves marks on the left side of the page after printing. We need clear copies, so would not trust ordering them again. Do not want to go to expense of returning.

I am concerned that another business uses a similar name & I accidentally ordered from them.It is a company with an F rating from BBB. I wish there was a way for your company to warn consumers of this.

The product arrived on time. The cartridge makes the printer squeal when it is in use. It did not do that with a OEM cartridge.

There used tod be more options for multi-packs of toner, I wish they would come back.
