Due the poor judgement of the shipping vendor, the product was not delivered as promised. A replacement was finally shipped out and received after the 3rd email sent to Witbecks.

I did not receive the vacumn I ordered. The order was supposed to be for the Dyson dc 07 mattress tool, instead I received the Dyson blind tool. IT was to much to return the wrong product. Product was kept.

Ups didn't get my order here until 11-24-08 it was a 2 day delivery ordered on 11-19-08. So Witbecks lost money because they paid and it took 4 days to get here. Should have gotten item on 11-21-08
