I was pleased to find a source for replacement parts on our patio canopy. And was very pleased to receive the product ordered via internet within 3 days! The replacement product seems to be of far superior quality to the original. Very pleased!

When I placed my order it appeared item was in stock...but it took over a month to get.I got two different answers when I called for status (it shipped, it didnt) and the Bizrate message kept saying the order had shipped....

This was our second order of the canopy, but ordered a different color this year. This new canopy seemed to be a little heavier and a better fitting one than previous years.
