I sent emails asking for information that would allow me to exchange the product for one that was a better fit. I have yet to hear from the company. Why does the company suggest customers send email if they are NOT going to respond to them?

It was grteat that the product was available. The overall quality was much lower than the original product it replaced, however there seemed to be few alternatives anywhere.

I have neither received the item purchased nor heard from Garden Winds. My credit card has been debited for the purchase? What is going on & when will my purchased item arrive. I have not been supplied the Customer Service contact number.

The cover arrived on time and it fit very well, better than the original, it doesn't sag at all. The color is lighter but looks great. We felt the original cover should have lasted longer than 2 Michigan summers. Bad for us...good for you!

I am very unsatisfied as the awning fits on and around the gazebo but with our first rain- it pooled and collapsed all around the four sides. Also the top part is much bigger and just flops on the top. How do I address this issue and perhaps...

I paid for 2 day delivery and actually didn't receive my item for 4 days. I sent an email and did get feedback other than it was shipped and a tracking number. Other than the shipping expense being too much for the delivery. The product was great
