I had two problems. I had difficulty finding email address to contact you, once I made contact the service was great and the tracking number always showing as an invalid number. Received in reasonable time and in perfect condition. Thank You!

Called times with a question, never able to make direct contact. I got the info from y sister-in-law and was then able to complete my order on-line. Since these are products I use all the time I was very satisfied with the lower price I paid for...

It takes too long to fulfill (5 business days from order to shipping) the order and there is precious little information easily available to track the status of an order until it ships.
