Toner ink - Cyan blue for the C3400 seems very expensive and doesn't seem to last very long. Also it seems the shipping costs are high. Would be nice to have free shipping on toner.

Lost my original login ID and had to set a new one up to complete the purchase. Most web pages have a place where you can say you lost your login or password, but I could not find a place for that on your web page.

I ordered and received the product without much problem. However, I could not get any idea of when the product would actually be available. Rep said they had "no idea".

The item was on back order for over 2 weeks (each time I order something for my printer it's on backorder). The order shipped 2 days later than when it stated it would ship, keeping my printer (which I use for business) down almost 3 weeks.
