Lost my original login ID and had to set a new one up to complete the purchase. Most web pages have a place where you can say you lost your login or password, but I could not find a place for that on your web page.

I ordered and received the product without much problem. However, I could not get any idea of when the product would actually be available. Rep said they had "no idea".

The item was on back order for over 2 weeks (each time I order something for my printer it's on backorder). The order shipped 2 days later than when it stated it would ship, keeping my printer (which I use for business) down almost 3 weeks.

I receieved the indicated portion of the order in a timely manner. I was made aware at the time of order that two (2) items would be back-ordered. Their scheduled arrival time has not yet come.

We are not happy with the oki data printer c5800. Everytime a color cartridge is empty, we cannot print in black or other color until we replace the color requested. Also if we replace the image drum then the toner is wasted.

When I tried to buy a rainbow pack of toner cartridges for my C5150 (cheaper than ordering separately) I got, "This product is out of stock." No waiting list?
