We have been ordering for years. Some of order came thru mail & not UPS
because of address. Someone called to confirm our street address, but
went to our PO Box instead. Contacted solutions about the cost of $2.53
for delivery.

I was pretty shocked when I saw a delivery person arrive the morning after I ordered my products. Then I was confused, wasn't it just last night that I ordered this online? Talk about fast!

I have tried other sources, but Quill beats them all with low prices and fast, prompt delivery. I don't shop for office supplies anywhere else unless an item is urgently needed.

We like Quill, we get our orders promptly and they always send us coupons to use. They are very competitive with other office supply companies, and customers services is always courteous and helpful.

I will not be ordering anythign else from Quill because the company does not have the option to pay your bill online! Sending in a check is not eco or business friendly.

The customer service person Mary . Was rude and told me it was my fault the paper was the wrong size. Which I told her I did it and then I had to call back for credit. She didn't do that either.
