Everything about their customer srvice has been great up to this point. The item I ordered was damaged during shipping. The claim is still active. I have to wait for my replacement item to ship.

I would of liked to know the dimensions of my beg & what the inside looked like - I may not chosen another bag if I had known this one was smaller than I wanted, however I loved how early you delivered it to me so thank-you~!
